Community Clubs
A community club is a club in which a volunteer leader starts a 4-H club in his/her neighborhood with at least five youth and another volunteer. The group usually meets once a month at the 4-H office or other chosen location.

SPIN Clubs
A SPIN (Special Interest 4-H) Club is a club where a volunteer leader starts a 4-H club with at least five 4-H members and another volunteer. The club meets for at least one hour, six sessions, around the volunteers’ schedule, to learn about a specific topic of interest. SPIN clubs are for those volunteers that need more flexibility in time. Meeting location is typically at the 4-H office or other chosen location.

In-School Clubs
An in-school club is a club where the teacher conducts a club meeting at a designated time during class. The teacher selects 4-H projects that are relevant to the class and subject(s) being taught.

After-School Clubs
An after-school club is a club where a teacher or volunteer conducts a club meeting at a designated time after school, on a school site or designated after-school program.

Clubs Need Volunteers
Holmes County 4-H needs screened volunteers (both adult and youth) to support existing 4-H Clubs while also helping build new Clubs.
To have a 4-H Club, the following requirements must be met:
2 or more adult, background screened volunteers willing to lead the club a minimum of 1-2 hours per month.
5 or more 4-H members!
